HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Prepare all ingredient wash and prepare on cut
2. Stir together the Onion, lemon grass, Cilantro, Mint Leaves, Green Lime Juice, Fish Sauce, Sweet Chili Sauce and Sugar until well combined and the sugar is dissolved, taste adjustment with salt and pepper
3. Cook the beef with heat and make a golden brown marking around 4-6 minutes on every side. Cooked medium or done as we like to serve. Cut into strip and add into the sauce that had been made it in point number two. Cover tightly at least 3 hours.
4. Tears or cut the lettuce into bit size and place in other salad bowl. Arrange the cucumber, tomatoes, add the beef and mix well.
5. Serve and garnishing with Cilantro
