Bahan-Bahan

  • 1 kg red snapper fillet (boneless)
  • 150 gr white Flour
  • 60 cc salad Oil/Olive Oil
  • taste salt and pepper
  • 600 ml tomato coulisse
  • 1 kg mashed potatoes

TOMATO COULISSE INGREDIENT:

800 gr tomato fresh (blanched and chopped)
12 pcs garlic whole (eel and chopped)
250 cc frying oil/olive oil
10 gr thyme
2 pcs bay leaves
10 gr rose mary
50 gr basil leaves (clean and sliced)
Taste salt and pepper
2 tbsp onion (chopped)

METHOD:

1. Prepare the fish into cut and seasoning with salt and pepper.
